SERVICES

One method, applied at the three moments a customer journey can break.

A journey has three moments of risk: the day it launches, every time it changes, and every day it runs. We verify all three the same way, by becoming a real customer in your live production environment and confirming the journey actually completes. Three services, one method. Start where your risk is loudest, or use all three across the life of the journey.

THE FOUNDATION, STATED ONCE

We created the outside-in production verification discipline.

Every service below rests on the same base, real funded accounts, real customer roles, and outside-in verification in live production, refined over more than 20 years with banks and only banks. Where a service runs continuously or at scale, our proprietary authentication robots do the work.

More than 20 years on, we remain the only company in the world that practises it.

LAUNCHGUARD · BEFORE LAUNCH

Be certain before your customers arrive.

What it is

LaunchGuard is our pre-launch verification service. We run your real customer journeys in production, using actual accounts, balances, and roles, to confirm end-to-end readiness before a new product, platform migration, or regulatory release reaches your wider audience.

A real journey. A clear decision.

  1. Scope agreed
  2. Journey completed
  3. Outcome confirmed

Go / no-go, backed by evidence

The moment

You have tested everything pre-production allows, through QA and UAT. But pre-production is not production, and some issues only surface when the journey runs for real. The first to meet them should not be a paying customer, or a regulator. LaunchGuard is that first customer, and it is us.

What we do

Working from a scope and success criteria agreed with your team, we run the full journey in production using real funded accounts and real roles, across web, app, API, and file. We complete the journey end to end and confirm the outcome. For a payment, that means confirming the money reached the beneficiary. We verify before go-live, and repeat it as a controlled dry run whenever the launch demands.

What you receive

A clear go or no-go, backed by evidence. The journeys that passed, the defects found before a customer could meet them, and a step-by-step record of exactly what happened. Findings your teams can act on the same day, and the confidence of a stable go-live.

Who it serves

Payment Product, Quality Assurance, Test Environment, and Platform Modernization leaders responsible for what reaches the customer.

Alongside your team

LaunchGuard complements your testing, it does not replace it. It adds what QA and UAT cannot reproduce, the live production environment, verified as a real customer. This is shift-right, delivered for you.

Proof

Citibank verifies every new product, migration, and customer-facing change with us before it scales.
“It’s not just internal testing. Leveraging WTSS we can validate releases through the client lens, so they experience nothing short of excellence from day one.”

Next in the lifecycle: Once a launch is live, ChangeChecker keeps it safe through every change that follows.

CHANGECHECKER · ON EVERY CHANGE

Ship the change.
Protect the journey.

What it is

ChangeChecker verifies, from the customer’s side, that a release, fix, or update has not broken a critical journey, before your customers feel it.

The release is live.
Does the journey still work?

  1. Change reaches live
  2. Customer journey rerun
  3. Outcome verified

A verifiable record for every release

The moment

Every change carries a risk you cannot fully see from inside. A release passes its checks, the systems report healthy, and still a customer cannot complete a payment because something shifted in the live path that pre-production never showed. ChangeChecker closes that window on each release.

What we do

On the cadence of your release cycle, we run the affected journeys in production as a real customer, right after the change reaches the live environment, and confirm they still complete end to end. Where a journey breaks, we show precisely where, and what happened.

What you receive

Fast, independent confirmation that a change is safe for customers, or the specific evidence of what it broke, in time to act before the impact spreads. A verifiable record for every release.

Who it serves

Quality Assurance, Test Environment, and Payments Engineering leaders who own release quality and the risk of change.

Alongside your team

ChangeChecker is the production check your pre-production process cannot perform. It extends your existing quality gate into the live environment, on every release, without adding to your team’s workload.

Proof

Crédit Agricole CIB runs ChangeChecker alongside its test and quality assurance team, as the final, customer-side check that each change is safe in production.

Next in the lifecycle: LaunchGuard proves the first release. ChangeChecker protects every release after it. TrueSight watches the journeys continuously in between.

TRUESIGHT · ALWAYS ON

The one signal your
observability is missing.

What it is

TrueSight is our continuous monitoring and diagnostics service. It runs 24/7, verifying your critical journeys as a real customer across channels and geographies, through robotized authentication and automated journeys, and feeds that signal into your observability with the evidence to act.

Your systems are healthy.
Your customers can bank.

  1. Real customer journey
  2. Continuous verification
  3. Your observability stack

Timestamped logs · Video · Screenshots

The moment

Your monitoring and observability give you deep visibility into system health. What they cannot confirm from the inside is the thing that matters most, that a real customer completed the journey. When something fails in that gap, you often learn it the way the customer did, after the fact. TrueSight is the continuous, outside-in signal that closes it.

What we do

We run your mission-critical flows around the clock, payments, onboarding, authentication, and approvals, across the channels and countries your customers use, through robotized authentication and automated journeys. The result streams into your observability stack as a signal you do not have today, the customer’s actual perspective in production, with real-time alerts and dashboards. When a journey breaks, we pinpoint where, and capture the evidence: timestamped logs, video, and screenshots of exactly what the customer encountered.

What you receive

Continuous confirmation that customers can complete their critical journeys, proactive detection when they cannot, and evidence precise enough to speed resolution. A new stream of customer-perspective data for your teams and your auditors, alongside the tools you already run.

Who it serves

APM and Observability, Payments Engineering, and Operational Resilience leaders responsible for what customers experience in production, and, at European institutions, the Compliance and Operational Risk leaders answerable for DORA.

Alongside your stack

TrueSight complements your observability, it does not replace it. It provides the one input the stack cannot generate itself, confirmation from the customer’s side. Your observability tells you your systems are healthy. TrueSight tells you your customers can bank.

For European institutions

TrueSight also produces the independent, time-stamped evidence that supports DORA and audit assurance, proof that services hold up in production, and a record of incidents when they do not.

Proof

Our data runs live in a Large European Bank’s control room, with a documented improvement in mean time to detect.

Where it sits: The continuous layer beneath LaunchGuard and ChangeChecker, running every day your journeys are live.

Whichever moment you start with, the method is the same, and so is the outcome: proof your customers can bank.
