Frequently asked questions

How can I get in touch with customer support?

Existing clients have a named contact and an agreed escalation path — use those first, because they reach the people already watching your chain. For anything else, the form on this page reaches us and we reply within one business day.

What are your opening hours?

The office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 CET. The verification itself does not keep office hours: journeys run around the clock, and alerting follows whatever schedule your agreement sets.

Where is your company located?

Our head office is in Rotterdam, and we have offices in London, Sheridan and Copenhagen. The addresses are on this page.

Can I schedule a consultation?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Tell us which journey worries you and we will walk through what outside-in verification would show for it before you commit to anything.

Do you offer support for international clients?

We verify in twenty-six countries across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. The coverage matrix on the What we verify page shows which payment types, channels and functions are live in each region.

What information should I include when contacting support?

For a new enquiry: the journey, the channel and the region. For an incident on an existing engagement: the time, the reference from the alert, and what your own systems reported at that moment — the gap between those two is usually the whole finding.
